Psychedelia Show,
Royal Court
Theatre
Time now for the BEST band of them all - THE FAB FAUX!!!.
This should be a magic Psychedelia night starting with 'Flying' and 'It's All Too Much'.
The band were really enjoying themselves in front of 'the best audience in the world' - LIVERPOOL!!!
This was perhaps 'something no American musicians should try to do'. But with Jimmy's wonderful sitar, the band's performance of George's 'Within Without You' became an incredible masterpiece. Just magic!
Many of tonight's songs got a heavy soul-feeling from the groovy horn section - The Rhino Horns. On 'Yellow Submarine' they entered the centre of the stage so we could easier enjoy their skill and beautiful looks.
An marvellously performed show!!! No other band can play these difficult songs so good! You are unsurpassed! Wonderful to know that you will be back next year!
Well, if these Fab Faux photos weren't that good. Just wait till tomorrow and the fabulous Fab Faux photos from The Cavern... Here's the complete Royal Court Setlist:
Fab Faux 'In
Leathers' at The Cavern
First, let's take a look how beautifully the stage was prepared for the next event...
And now - THE FAB FAUX!!! In Leathers?
'CRY FOR A SHADOW' - What an awesome opener! Hamburg Days are here!
FRANK looking so happy. Certainly because they didn't wore the announced Leather outfit! The temperature use to be 34 degrees Celcius in Cavern Back! (That's about 93 degrees Fahrenheit!) Phew!
JACK introduced today's guest-guitarist...
TONY SKEGGS. Since Jimmy had the Conan O'Brian TV-show in the US to attend, we got another chance to enjoy Tony's great rock'n'roll voice and heavy guitars. (It would have been wonderful to see you on stage too, Jimmy!)
Time for Jack's showpiece. 'Hold on to your ladies, here he comes...'
End of show. But now Bill Heckle entered the stage...
BILL HECKLE, manager of Cavern City Tours, now proudly announced that The Fab Faux will perform at Beatle Week 2005! Wow!!! And this time a Theater Show with no Beatles! Instead lots of Beatles' solo material.
This must have been a relief! No more gig next year in this hot cellar! But much remained today! Time for ENCORE!...
Here's the original setlists from Show 1 found on the Cavern stage floor...
What a show! This was Joy, Love, Heat and Sweat!!! No other band has played better on this legendary stage - ever! Fab Faux 'In
