Lucrecia

NUBE 9 - CLOUD 9. This band from Argentina played so good! And some of us recognized Lucrecia from The Beladies some years ago.

We go to the Cavern Back and one of the main events...

A legenday band

The Spencer Davis Group - 'Keep On Running'

Spencer Davis - 'When I Come Home'

Fantastic Hammond organ - 'Every Little Bit Hurts'

The Spencer Davis Group - 'Gimme Some Lovin'

The amazing setlist

THE SPENCER DAVIS GROUP. One of the very best UK bands in the sixties. And still very active, performing their classics with great success. Fantastic to see this legendary band so close!

Neil now proudly presented Joey Molland's son, Joey Molland III and his band -  RELAPS...

Relaps (Joey Molland III, right)

Time for some great BADFINGER music now...

Joey Molland - 'Baby Blue'

Joey and The Fab Five - 'Come And Get It'

Fab Frank & Joey - 'Suitcase'

Joey & The Fab Five - 'Without You'

Fab Frank & Joey - 'No Matter What'

JOEY MOLLAND is a born and bred Scouser. So he was very excited about returning to Liverpool and playing in front of a home crowd. Joey was a member of the legendary Apple band BADFINGER from November 1969 and forward during their best years.
This was one of the highlights during this year's Beatle Week! We got many of Badfinger's best songs so beautifully performed by Joey, backed by the solid American band The Fab Five, supported by Fab Frank Agnello - a great Badfinger fan.

We went over to The Cavern Pub...

Blue Meanies

Thanks to Bill Heckle, Dave Jones, Ray Johnson, Ian and all others at Cavern City Tours, Rocks Off: Tony, Lars, Toggan, Pär & Roger, God Save The Queen, The Repeatles, The Overtures and all other wonderful Tribute Bands, happy fans, the nice people of Liverpool and off course all you wonderful friends, who attended these trips of a lifetime! Not the least my wife Ulla, not a Beatle-fan (almost, but she loves the Stones, Kinks, Queen etc). And who has shared these days of sweat and heat with me - and enjoyed it!
