Jimmie Rudolfsson

JIMMIE RUDOLFSSON entertained us with excellent versions of songs from the Beatles and solo years. A great singer and guitar-player!

We rushed over to the main arena - Älvshögsborg. We were welcomed by...

Lawrence Gilmour

LAWRENCE GILMOUR is one of world's leading Macca impersonators. And here's his excellent band...

Itchycoo Park

We take closer look at the band...

Solid bass

Wonderful lead guitars

More great guitar-solos

ITCHYCOO PARK was a very solid band. They not only gave us perfect versions of Paul McCartney's best songs, but also a great version of the Cream-Eric Clapton song 'Crossroads' with blistering guitar-solos. Thank you!

Lawrence was in good form

Some great ballads

Lawrence gave it all

The rocking finale

Thank you Lawrence & Itchycoo Park for a marvellous show!

Time for the next band - LENNY PANE!

Micke

MICKE ISACSON is the band's lead guitarist - world-class!

Per

PER UMAERUS is the new member of the band. A wonderful singer and guitar-player. You give us joy and happiness!

Johan

JOHAN STRÖMBERG's pounding bass-guitar and great vocals really contributes to the band's solid beat.

Göran

GÖRAN IHRFELT is, together with Micke, the founder of the band. His keyboards, bass, guitars and vocals are just excellent. Exactly as the Fab Four would have played it.

The audience went wild!

Per & Johan sang 'Eleonor Rigby' - so beautifully!!!

This was one of the very best concerts we've ever seen by Lenny Pane. You're world-class!

Tony - you're wonderful on stage!

Torgny, Tony & Roger - (beautiful light!)

Not only a great show-man and singer. Tony is also an excellent harmonica-player...

Tony - 'Little Red Rooster'

Tony

Bengan Blomgren

BENGAN BLOMGREN is a legend. In the late 80's he toured with Ron Wood and members of Totta's Blues Band. He has played with Nynningen and many, many more. And yes, in the 60's even in a pre-band at a Swedish Jimi Hendrix concert! His solos in 'Little Red Rooster' and 'Sympathy for The Devil' were outstanding this night, when he sat in for Lars Elf.

Tony & Roger

Another wonderful concert! This band is one of our top favourites!

ROCKS OFF are:
Tony Johnson (lead vocals, harmonica)
Lars Elf (guitars, vocals)
Roger Mikander (guitars, vocals)
Torgny Ehrieder (bass)
Pär Lilja (drums)

One of the very best 60's Tribute Bands now - THE OVERTURES!

The Overtures - Phil, Dennis & Jamie

Phil - excellent guitars!

PHIL EVANS is a new member. Wonderful to see him perform in the guitar-solos!

Dennis - great vocals and pounding bass!

DENNIS PUGSLEY is one of the original members in the band. (The other being Steve Phypers on drums.) Dennis' vocals and bass are just wonderful.

Jamie - 'Handbags And Gladrags'

JAMIE COOK is the other of the new members. His versions of the Manfred Mann song 'Handbags And Gladrags' and Small Faces' 'Itchycoo Park' give shivers down your spine! Magic!

Phil & Dennis

With two new members this band really is tight now. They can play everything soo good - The Kinks, The Who, The Beatles, Small Faces, Elvis, Booker T and The MG's, Wilson Pickett, Arthur Conley... You name it!

Thanks to Benny Carlsson, Lawrence Gilmour, Itchycoo Park, Lenny Pane, Rocks Off, The Overtures and beatlessweden.com for a wonderful night. Hope to see you all in Trollhättan next year!
